Calling all San Diego Cornell alums! We have an opportunity to showcase our Big Red spirit of community service. Join us at the San Diego Food Bank to pack and sort food for our San Diego neighbors who depend on the food bank to not go hungry.
We will meet afterward (at 2:45 pm) for a bite and refreshments at Ballast Point around the corner (9045 Carroll Way, San Diego, CA 92121).

What: Packing and sorting food

Who: All alums, family and friends (kids 11 and older are welcome)

Each volunteer must create their own account with the San Diego Food Bank (this includes children, friends, family members, etc.). Directions below.
If you are new to volunteering at San Diego Food Bank, please do the following:
Visit http://sdfb.volunteerhub.com/account/signin and click “create an account”
Create a username and password, and click “next”
Enter join code “ccsd1” (join code is case sensitive), click “next”
Fill out account information and click “next”
Scroll to the event date 6/22 and register for MIRAMAR Warehouse Volunteer Saturday Afternoon Shift 12:30-2:30 pm by clicking on the green “sign up” icon.
If you have previously volunteered at San Diego Food Bank and already have an account, do the following:
Visit http://sdfb.volunteerhub.com/account/signin and sign in to your account
Click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen, click “enter join code”
Enter join code “ccsd1” (join code is case sensitive)
Click “join” and then click “events” at the top of the screen
