CCSD cordially invites you to a virtual cooking class with a professional chef! Learn how to make the Italian classic, spaghetti carbonara, step-by-step.

Included in Your Culinary Experience:

Chef Rees will send you an ingredient list that utilizes basic home ingredients for ease of attainment during these unpredictable grocery shopping times. The ingredient list will be emailed to you after your ticket purchase, along with the virtual join information.

Key To The Kitchen is family-owned and operated by Chef Rees Meckling. Chef Rees has over 14 years of experience in the kitchen and has worked alongside some of the best Michelin-rated chefs in the country. After obtaining his degree from the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, Chef Rees honed his skills in Northern California's best restaurants, including the 2 Michelin star-rated Acquerello, and the Michelin-rated Auberge Du Soleil. Chef Rees further expanded his culinary technique by executing high-end catering events with the famed Thomas Keller Organization and events for Dolby Digital Entertainment, including their annual holiday party at Union Square in San Francisco.

Chef Rees' specialty in Italian food was sparked after marrying his wife, Julia, and settling down in Southern California. Julia has spent extensive time traveling Europe, especially Italy, learning the food and wine culture while exploring her native roots in Sicily. Together they combine their culinary expertise and passion to make every meal at Key To The Kitchen uniquely delectable.
